I will also make you a light to the nations, so my salvation can spread to the ends of the earth.\u201d<\/td>\n<td style=\"vertical-align: top;\" width=\"230\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>LUKE 2:25-32<\/strong><sup>25 <\/sup>There was in Yerushalayim (Jerusalem) a man named Shim\u2018on (Simon). This man was a <em>tsaddik <\/em>(righteous man), he was devout, he waited eagerly for God to comfort Isra\u2019el, and the <em>Ruach HaKodesh<\/em> (Holy Spirit) was upon him. <sup>26 <\/sup>It had been revealed to him by the <em>Ruach HaKodesh<\/em> that he would not die before he had seen the Messiah of <em>Adonai<\/em>. <sup>27 <\/sup>Prompted by the Spirit, he went into the Temple courts; and when the parents brought in the child Yeshua to do for him what the <em>Torah<\/em> required, <sup>28 <\/sup>Shim\u2018on took him in his arms, made a <em>b\u2019rakhah<\/em> (prayer of blessing) to God, and said, <sup>29 <\/sup>\u201cNow, <em>Adonai<\/em>, according to your word, your servant is at peace as you let him go; <sup>30 <\/sup>for I have seen with my own eyes your <em>yeshu\u2018ah<\/em> (salvation), <sup>31 <\/sup>which you prepared in the presence of all peoples \u2014 <sup>32 <\/sup>a light that will bring revelation to the <em>Goyim <\/em>and glory to your people Isra\u2019el.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>ACTS OF THE EMISSARIES OF YESHUA THE MESSIAH (ACTS) 26:23<\/strong><sup>23 <\/sup>that the Messiah would die, and that he, as the first to rise from the dead, would proclaim light to both the People and the <em>Goyim<\/em>.\u201d<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"vertical-align: top;\" width=\"230\">\n<h4>Messiah must inaugurate a new everlasting covenant<\/h4>\n<p><strong>YIRMIYAHU (JEREMIAH) 31-33<\/strong><sup>30 (31) <\/sup>\u201cHere, the days are coming,\u201d says <em>Adonai,<\/em> \u201cwhen I will make a new covenant with the house of Isra\u2019el and with the house of Y\u2019hudah. <sup>31 (32) <\/sup>It will not be like the covenant I made with their fathers on the day I took them by their hand and brought them out of the land of Egypt; because they, for their part, violated my covenant, even though I, for my part, was a husband to them,\u201d says <em>Adonai<\/em>. <sup>32 (33) <\/sup>\u201cFor this is the covenant I will make with the house of Isra\u2019el after those days,\u201d says <em>Adonai<\/em>: \u201cI will put my <em>Torah<\/em> within them and write it on their hearts; I will be their God, and they will be my people.<\/td>\n<td style=\"vertical-align: top;\" width=\"230\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>LUKE 22:15-20<\/strong><sup>15 <\/sup>and he said to them, \u201cI have really wanted so much to celebrate this <em>Seder<\/em> (Passover) with you before I die! <sup>16 <\/sup>For I tell you, it is certain that I will not celebrate it again until it is given its full meaning in the Kingdom of God.\u201d <sup>17 <\/sup>Then, taking a cup of wine, he made the <em>b\u2019rakhah<\/em> and said, \u201cTake this and share it among yourselves. <sup>18 <\/sup>For I tell you that from now on, I will not drink the \u2018fruit of the vine\u2019 until the Kingdom of God comes.\u201d <sup>19 <\/sup>Also, taking a piece of <em>matzah<\/em> (unleavened bread), he made the <em>b\u2019rakhah<\/em> (blessing), broke it, gave it to them and said, \u201cThis is my body, which is being given for you; do this in memory of me.\u201d <sup>20 <\/sup>He did the same with the cup after the meal, saying, \u201cThis cup is the New Covenant, ratified by my blood, which is being poured out for you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MATTITYAHU (MATTHEW) 26:27-29<\/strong><sup>27 <\/sup>Also he took a cup of wine, made the <em>b\u2019rakhah<\/em>, and gave it to them, saying, \u201cAll of you, drink from it! <sup>28 <\/sup>For this is my blood, which ratifies the New Covenant, my blood shed on behalf of many, so that they may have their sins forgiven. <sup>29 <\/sup>I tell you, I will not drink this \u2018fruit of the vine\u2019 again until the day I drink new wine with you in my Father\u2019s Kingdom.\u201d<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"vertical-align: top;\" width=\"230\">\n<h4>Messiah must be a Prophet like Moses<\/h4>\n<p><strong>D\u2019VARIM (DEUTERONOMY) 18:17-19<\/strong><sup>17 <\/sup>On that occasion <em>Adonai<\/em> said to me, \u2018They are right in what they are saying. <sup>18 <\/sup>I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their kinsmen. I will put my words in his mouth, and he will tell them everything I order him. <sup>19 <\/sup>Whoever doesn\u2019t listen to my words, which he will speak in my name, will have to account for himself to me.<\/td>\n<td style=\"vertical-align: top;\" width=\"230\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>YOCHANAN (JOHN) 6:14<\/strong><sup>14 <\/sup>When the people saw the miracle he had performed, they said, \u201cThis has to be \u2018the prophet\u2019 who is supposed to come into the world.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE ACTS OF THE EMISSASRIES OF YESHUA THE MESSIAH (ACTS) 3:20-24<\/strong><sup><strong>20<\/strong> <\/sup>so that times of refreshing may come from the Lord\u2019s presence; and he may send the Messiah appointed in advance for you, that is, Yeshua. <sup>21 <\/sup>He has to remain in heaven until the time comes for restoring everything, as God said long ago, when he spoke through the holy prophets. <sup>22 <\/sup>For Moshe himself said, \u2018<em>Adonai<\/em> will raise up for you a prophet like me from among your brothers. You are to listen to everything he tells you. <sup>23 <\/sup>Everyone who fails to listen to that prophet will be removed from the people and destroyed.\u2019<sup>[<\/sup><a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Acts+3%3A20-24&amp;version=CJB#fen-CJB-27033a\"><sup>a<\/sup><\/a><sup>]<\/sup> <sup>24 <\/sup>Indeed, all the prophets announced these days, starting with Sh\u2019mu\u2019el and continuing through all who followed.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"vertical-align: top;\" width=\"230\">\n<h4>Messiah must be born of the tribe of Y\u2019hudah (Judah)<\/h4>\n<p><strong>B\u2019SHEET (GENESIS) 49:8-10<\/strong><sup>8 <\/sup>\u201cY\u2019hudah, your brothers will acknowledge you, your hand will be on the neck of your enemies, your father\u2019s sons will bow down before you. <sup>9 <\/sup>Y\u2019hudah is a lion\u2019s cub; my son, you stand over the prey. He crouches down and stretches like a lion; like a lioness, who dares to provoke him? <sup>10 <\/sup>The scepter will not pass from Y\u2019hudah, nor the ruler\u2019s staff from between his legs, until he comes to whom [obedience] belongs; <sup>[<\/sup><a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Genesis+49%3A8-10&amp;version=CJB#fen-CJB-1483a\"><sup>a<\/sup><\/a><sup>]<\/sup>and it is he whom the peoples will obey.<\/td>\n<td style=\"vertical-align: top;\" width=\"230\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>MATTITYAH (MATTHEW) 1:1-17 <\/strong>(1-16 provides genealogy from Abraham to Yeshua per temple records of that day<sup>17 <\/sup>Thus there were fourteen generations from Avraham to David, fourteen generations from David to the Babylonian Exile, and fourteen generations from the Babylonian Exile to the Messiah.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MESSIANIC JEWS (HEBREWS) 7:14<\/strong><sup>14 <\/sup>for everyone knows that our Lord arose out of Y\u2019hudah\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE REVELATION OF YESHUA THE MESSIAH TO YOCHANAN (JOHN) 5:5<\/strong><sup>5 <\/sup>One of the elders said to me, \u201cDon\u2019t cry. Look, the Lion of the tribe of Y\u2019hudah, the Root of David, has won the right to open the scroll and its seven seals.\u201d<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"vertical-align: top;\" width=\"230\">\n<h4>Messiah must come forth out of Beit-Lechem (Bethlehem)<\/h4>\n<p><strong>MIKHAH (MICAH) 5:2<\/strong><sup>(2) <\/sup>But you, Beit-Lechem near Efrat,.so small among the clans of Y\u2019hudah, out of you will come forth to me the future ruler of Isra\u2019el, whose origins are far in the past, back in ancient times<\/td>\n<td style=\"vertical-align: top;\" width=\"230\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>MATTITYAHU (MATTHEW) 2:1-6<\/strong><sup>1<\/sup>After Yeshua was born in Beit-Lechem in the land of Y\u2019hudah during the time when Herod was king, Magi from the east came to Yerushalayim <sup>2 <\/sup>and asked, \u201cWhere is the newborn King of the Jews? For we saw his star in the east and have come to worship him.\u201d <sup>3 <\/sup>When King Herod heard of this he became very agitated, and so did everyone else in Yerushalayim. <sup>4 <\/sup>He called together all the head <em>cohanim<\/em> and <em>Torah<\/em>-teachers of the people and asked them, \u201cWhere will the Messiah be born?\u201d <sup>5 <\/sup>\u201cIn Beit-Lechem of Y\u2019hudah,\u201d they replied, \u201cbecause the prophet wrote, <sup>6 <\/sup>\u2018And you, Beit-Lechem in the land of Y\u2019hudah, are by no means the least among the rulers of Y\u2019hudah; for from you will come a Ruler who will shepherd my people Isra\u2019el<strong>.<\/strong>\u2019\u201d<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"vertical-align: top;\" width=\"230\">\n<h4>Messiah must be born to Israel in the lineage of King David<\/h4>\n<p><strong>YESHA\u2019YAHU (ISAIAH 9:6(a), 7<\/strong><sup>(6a) <\/sup>For a child is born to us, a son is given to us; \u2026dominion will rest on his shoulders, <sup>(7) <\/sup>in order to extend the dominion and perpetuate the peace of the throne and kingdom of David, to secure it and sustain it through justice and righteousness henceforth and forever. The zeal of <em>Adonai<\/em>&#8211;<em>Tzva\u2019ot<\/em> will accomplish this.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SH\u2019MU\u2019EL BET (2 SAMUEL) 7:12-13<\/strong>(TO DAVID) <sup>12 <\/sup>When your days come to an end and you sleep with your ancestors, I will establish one of your descendants to succeed you, one of your own flesh and blood; and I will set up his rulership. <sup>13 <\/sup>He will build a house for my name, and I will establish his royal throne forever.<\/p>\n<p><strong>YIRMIYAHU (JEREMIAH) 23:5<\/strong><sup>5 <\/sup>\u201cThe days are coming,\u201d says <em>Adonai<\/em> when I will raise a righteous Branch for David. The zeal of <em>Adonai<\/em>&#8211;<em>Tzva\u2019ot <\/em>will accomplish this.<\/td>\n<td style=\"vertical-align: top;\" width=\"230\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>YOCHANAN (JOHN) 14:25-27<\/strong><sup>25 <\/sup>\u201cI have told you these things while I am still with you. <sup>26 <\/sup>But the Counselor, the <em>Ruach HaKodesh <\/em>(Holy Spirit), whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you everything; that is, he will remind you of everything I have said to you. <sup>27 <\/sup>\u201cWhat I am leaving with you is <em>shalom<\/em> \u2014 I am giving you my <em>shalom <\/em>(peace). I don\u2019t give the way the world gives. Don\u2019t let yourselves be upset or frightened.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ACTS OF THE EMISSARIES OF YESHUA THE MESSIAH (ACTS) 13:36<\/strong><sup>36 <\/sup>\u201cHere is the message that he sent to the sons of Isra\u2019el announcing <em>shalom<\/em> through Yeshua the Messiah, who is Lord of everything.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Also<\/strong> <strong>ROMANS 5:1, EPHESIANS 2:14, COLOSSIANS 1:20<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"vertical-align: top;\" width=\"230\">\n<h4>Messiah must be persecuted by rulers in his day<\/h4>\n<p><strong>TEHILLIM (<\/strong><strong>PSALM<\/strong><strong>S) 2:1-2<\/strong><sup>1<\/sup>Why are the nations in an uproar, the peoples grumbling in vain? <sup>2 <\/sup>The earth\u2019s kings are taking positions, leaders conspiring together, against <em>Adonai <\/em>and his anointed.<\/td>\n<td style=\"vertical-align: top;\" width=\"230\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>MATTITYAHU (MATTHEW) 12:14<\/strong><sup>14 <\/sup>But the <em>P\u2019rushim<\/em> (Pharisees) went out and began plotting how they might do away with Yeshua.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MATTITYAHU (MATTHEW) 26:47<\/strong><sup>47 <\/sup>While Yeshua was still speaking, Y\u2019hudah (one of the Twelve!) came, and with him a large crowd carrying swords and clubs, from the head <em>cohanim<\/em> (priests) and elders of the people.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LUKE 23:11-12<\/strong><sup>11 <\/sup>Herod (the King) and his soldiers treated Yeshua with contempt and made fun of him. Then, dressing him in an elegant robe, they sent him back to Pilate (the Roman governor). <sup>12 <\/sup>That day Herod and Pilate became friends with each other; previously they had been enemies.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"vertical-align: top;\" width=\"230\">\n<h4>Adonai proclaims the Messiah will be His Son<\/h4>\n<p><strong>TEHILLIM (PSALMS) 2:6-7<\/strong><sup>6<\/sup> \u201cI myself have installed my king on Tziyon, my holy mountain.\u201d <sup>7 <\/sup>\u201cI will proclaim the decree: <em>Adonai<\/em> said to me, \u2018You are my son; today I became your father. \u201c<\/p>\n<p><strong>MISHNEI (PROVERBS) 30:4 <\/strong>Who has gone up to heaven and come down? Who has cupped the wind in the palms of his hands? Who has wrapped up the waters in his cloak? Who established all the ends of the earth? What is his name, and what is his son\u2019s name? Surely you know!<\/td>\n<td style=\"vertical-align: top;\" width=\"230\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>MATTITYAHU (MATTHEW) 3:17, 8:28-29<\/strong><sup>17 <\/sup>and a voice from heaven said, \u201cThis is my Son, whom I love; I am well pleased with him.\u201d<sup>28 <\/sup>When Yeshua arrived at the other side of the lake, in the Gadarenes\u2019 territory, there came out of the burial caves two men controlled by demons, so violent that no one dared travel on that road. <sup>29 <\/sup>They screamed, \u201cWhat do you want with us, Son of God? Have you come here to torture us before the appointed time?\u201dAlso<\/p>\n<p><strong>Also ACTS OF THE EMISSARIES OF YESHUA THE MESSIAH (ACTS) 13:33, MESSIANIC JEWS (HEBREWS) 1:5, 5:5, 2 KEFA (PETER) 1:17<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"vertical-align: top;\" width=\"230\">\n<h4>Messiah must be the way of repentance for all nations<\/h4>\n<p><strong>YESHA\u2019YAHU (ISAIAH) 2:2-4<\/strong><sup>2 <\/sup>In the <em>acharit-hayamim<\/em> (perilous or end times) the mountain of <em>Adonai<\/em>\u2019s house will be established as the most important mountain. It will be regarded more highly than the other hills, and all the <em>Goyim<\/em> (Gentiles) will stream there. <sup>3 <\/sup>Many peoples will go and say, \u201cCome, let\u2019s go up to the mountain of <em>Adonai<\/em>, to the house of the God of Ya\u2018akov! He will teach us about his ways, and we will walk in his paths.\u201d For out of Tziyon will go forth <em>Torah<\/em>, the word of <em>Adonai<\/em> from Yerushalayim. <sup>4 <\/sup>He will judge between the nations and arbitrate for many peoples. Then they will hammer their swords into plow-blades and their spears into pruning-knives; nations will not raise swords at each other, and they will no longer learn war.<\/td>\n<td style=\"vertical-align: top;\" width=\"230\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>LUKE 24:47<\/strong><sup>47 <\/sup>and in his name repentance leading to forgiveness of sins is to be proclaimed to people from all nations, starting with Yerushalayim (Jerusalem).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"vertical-align: top;\" width=\"230\">\n<h4>Messiah will take our curse pronounced by the Torah upon Himself by being hung on a tree<\/h4>\n<p><strong>D\u2019VARIM (DEUTERONOMY) 21:22-23<\/strong><sup>22 <\/sup>\u201cIf someone has committed a capital crime and is put to death, then hung on a tree, <sup>23 <\/sup>his body is not to remain all night on the tree, but you must bury him the same day, because a person who has been hanged has been cursed by God \u2014 so that you will not defile your land, which <em>Adonai<\/em> your God is giving you to inherit.<\/td>\n<td style=\"vertical-align: top;\" width=\"230\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>GALATIANS 3:13<\/strong><sup>13 <\/sup>The Messiah redeemed us from the curse pronounced in the <em>Torah<\/em> by becoming cursed on our behalf; for the <em>Tanakh<\/em> says, \u201cEveryone who hangs from a stake comes under a curse.\u201d<sup>[<\/sup><a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=GALATIANS+3%3A13&amp;version=CJB#fen-CJB-29129a\"><sup>a<\/sup><\/a><sup>]<\/sup><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"vertical-align: top;\" width=\"230\">\n<h4>Messiah must be the enthroned High Priest<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Z\u2019KAHRYAH 6:12-13<\/strong><sup>12 <\/sup>and tell him, \u2018<em>Adonai<\/em><em>-Tzva\u2019ot<\/em> says: \u201cThere is coming a man whose name is Tzemach [Sprout]. He will sprout up from his place and rebuild the temple of <em>Adonai<\/em>. <sup>13 <\/sup>Yes, he will rebuild the temple of <em>Adonai<\/em>; and he will take up royal splendor, sitting and ruling from his throne.
